EMS Proud to Support Local Fire Department

The Amsterdam Fire Department recently acquired two bicycles.  Sean Piasecki of Eastern Medical Support donated the bicycles, while Performance Auto Body of Amsterdam donated the lettering of the bikes and helmets.  The units will be outfitted with medical equipment and manned by AFD firefighters/paramedics at certain events.  The bikes will be used at events where vehicle access is limited.  The bike EMS program treated five patients at the Amsterdam Park Festival in the photo is Amsterdam firefighter/paramedic Kenny Brooks, Sean Piasecki of Eastern Medical Support, and Amsterdam firefighter/paramedic Timmy Miller.
